Our Exciting Opportunity: 

Seeking a senior resource to support Supply Chain Design and implementation across all aspects of the Ericsson supply chain, from new product, customer or flow introduction to e2e supply chain design in support of Supply Chain 4.0 principles.    The supply chain designer will participate in cross-functional support teams interfacing with all aspects of Ericsson supply, including our internal and external customers, Ericsson Networks supply, external suppliers, service vendors, geopolitical challenges, and supply chain resilience.  The design process will center around creating the lowest total cost supply chain to meet the customer or material flow requirements.  A typical design process will require a consultative approach to identify the correct supply chain (either new or existing) to support the flow requirements.  The ability to interface and lead multiple diverse groups across all skill levels is key, as is the ability to create complete cost models for all developed flows.


You will:  

  • Ability to translate complicated supply chain challenges and solutions across all levels of understanding

  • Design ways of working in the supply process

  • Assist with strategy roll-out within supply chain design

  • Leading teams across multiple disciplines to enable supply chain design and implementation

  • Re-engineer E2E supply processes as required

  • Develop cost models supporting business case development for supply flow

  • Assist in transformative supply chain design and implementation as dictated by strategy or customer

  • Deliver expert consultation support for all

  • Interface with Ericsson, customer, and supplier teams at all levels (i.e., from executive to entry)


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired

  • Min 5 years of experience across multiple customer accounts

  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge (including Ericsson Operational Model)

  • Complex Cost modeling knowledge and capability

  • Robust Microsoft Office Suite (including Access/Excel/Powerpoint) skills

  • SAP, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with Supply Chain modeling software a plus

  • Strong visualization skills, including Tableau development

  • Project Management skills

  • Business understanding

  • Ability to work in Hybrid Working (mobile or in-office) Environment to support all operations
