Our Exciting Opportunity: 

As Ericsson’s "Sales Enablement Facilitator & Business Consultant", you are a key part of the most critical and high scale talent transformation programs in Ericsson.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Facilitate and coach our key sales and negotiations methodologies while maximizing customer centricity and seller ROL (return on learning).
  • Support the business and drive incremental revenue via ongoing strong coaching and consulting practices using our key sales and negotiations methodologies.
  • Strategize and manage all vendor relationships.
  • Partner with peer MA L&D teams and sellers at all levels to identify major customer + employee concerns and, corresponding opportunities to build talent value aligned to sales employee journeys.
  • In addition, partner with Digital Transformation Office, People Function, Customer Unit teams, Sourcing, 3PP.
  • Accountable for delivery against defined OKR’s, reporting on performance and business impact.

 

 

You will bring:

  • Experienced sales facilitator, sales leader and sales mentor
  • Challenger Selling facilitation certification
  • Corporate Visions certification in various solutions including Negotiations and Power Messaging
  • Certified Richardson Coaching facilitator
  • Proven track record in large and complex B2B ICT sales
  • Broad professional experience successfully working for global and leading ICT companies
  • Develop inspiring strategies, mobilizes key stakeholder groups towards measurable execution
  • Ensure seller’s learning experience takes advantage of industry standards in design thinking, applied learning, sales transformation
  • Outstanding teamwork, partnership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience as a C-level collaborator, relationship builder and People strategist, both internally AND with customers
  • Strong implementation experience in digital solutions, scaled agile, and E2E process/platform/ways of work redesign.
  • Experience in large complex transformation programs across global and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communications ability and strong, expressive thought leadership
  • Program management and business/functional/product understanding
  • Program + learning design, development, and scaled agile execution.

 

 

You might also have:

  • Emotional intelligence, energy, drive, servant leadership, program design, management, teaching and coaching proficiency
  • Experience resolving tough solutioning issues.
