We are seeking for experienced Supply Planners, who would like to join our journey of reaching ‘Planning Excellence’ and becoming the Planning Centre of Excellence by being part of the Americas Supply & Demand planning team as a Regional Supply Planner.


You will:  

  • Assess and analyze Ericsson's Internal and External manufacturing processes and performance data to provide short- and long-term supply visibility for the regional supply plan.
  • Analyze different internal and external data points, information, and business context to effectively estimate, balance, and allocate resources to optimize the company’s gross profit.
  • Identify the right market signals, build sensing capabilities, define demand-shaping processes, and effectively translate the demand signals into an effective Supply Response.
  • A key contributor to production priorities and efficiencies in connection to customer demand.
  • Identify and promote investments for producing sites based on historical data and statistics to make sure that the supply meets the product's changing/ new demands.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders in the company specifically with Global Supply Chain Management team to proactively mitigate supply risks
  • Participate in building a strong foundation and process for prediction including Business intelligence & insight, by working with different scenarios and taking different business and production aspects into consideration


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preference in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability with 5+ years of experience in a Global Supply Chain environment within supply management and digitalization will be appreciated.
  • Detailed and results-oriented, with strong statistical and reporting skills to effectively interpret and utilize complex data and trends.
  • Customer and Vendor Handling Skills
  • High level of interpersonal/relationship skills with the ability to communicate optimally with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Team player, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality work to support our customer needs.
