Being part of the Americas Demand Management team as Regional Demand Planner in Supply under Business Unit Networks, we are seeking an experienced demand planner, who would like to join our journey of reaching ‘Planning Excellence’ and become the Planning Centre of Excellence.  Come, and be where it begins.

What you will do:

  • Analyze different internal and external data points, information, and business context to effectively estimate future product demands, risks, and opportunities.
  • Utilize predictive analytics, different input plans, and historical data to create a regional demand plan to pro-actively make supply decisions and optimize the company’s gross profit.
  • Identify and resolve gaps between financial targets and the demand plan.
  • Key contributor of MANA and LAM region Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders from Finance, Supply, and Customer demand planners to proactively meet our customer demand.
  • Participate in building a strong foundation and process for Demand sensing & prediction including Business intelligence & insight, by working with different scenarios and take different business aspects into consideration

You will bring:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree with a preference in engineering or administration.
  • Demonstrated ability with 3+ years of experience in a global Supply Chain environment within demand management and digitalization will be appreciated
  • Critical thinking to understand the big picture and connect the dots with all organizational layers and ongoing projects/improvements
  • Ability to support real-time customer needs in a professional and positive manner.
  • High level of interpersonal/relationship skills with the ability to communicate optimally with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Team player, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality work to support our customer needs.
  • Analytical capability and data modeling skills: The capability to work with large datasets and develop diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models.
