Ericsson is hiring a People Specialist supporting the Market Area North America (MANA) People Team and our employees across the US and Canada. As a People Specialist for the Networks organization, this role will provide support to multiple People partners and stakeholders, create workforce analytics and content for global projects and initiatives, and manage end to end processes.
What you will do
- Investigate and work on Employee relations matters
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners in support of key initiatives and projects (e.g., compensation processes, talent management initiatives, Your Voice employee survey).
- Provide quarterly analytics dashboards in areas such as attrition, workforce planning and compensation. Review trends and provide initial analysis.
- Content creation for PowerPoint presentations.
- Corporate and line of business program management support.
- Research and respond to employee and manager inquiries.
- Administrative and ad hoc reporting responsibilities
You will bring
- 6+ months of relevant experience. BA/BS degree preferred.
- Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Agile and able to adapt quickly in response to business conditions.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and resourceful in finding solutions.
- Passion for employee relations and investigations
This position reports to the Head of People Networks US & Canada
