Are you ready to accelerate your HR career? We are looking for upbeat and motivated People Specialists to join us on our quest to transform how our people experience life at Ericsson! As a People Specialist, you will work with our People leaders to ensure we maintain diverse, inclusive, and compliant teams. Craft your future at Ericsson!
 

You will

  • Work directly with our People leaders on a variety of tasks ranging from performance management and development to compliance with directives/local law
  • Investigate matters of employee relations issues on behalf of the organization and finalize outcomes with People leaders
  • Maintain education of our leaders of People priorities via a monthly update
  • Update and maintain HRIS
  • Initiate relocation requests for internal transfers
  • Support background and drug check requests
  • Support in job mapping and job title reviews
     

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with at least 6 months of experience (HR related internship experience acceptable) preferably in the employee relations area
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Desire to partner with a high-performing and collaborative HR team
  • Passionate about employees relations and investigations
