Are you ready to make a difference?  We are looking for a talented Learning Partner who’s highly motivated to be part of our team with our business to provide high impact learning solutions. As a Learning Partner you will build tailored learning experiences and apply your strong technology knowledge skills to drive the business learning needs. You will

  • Lead and shape technology-based learning solutions for our people to address current and future technical mega trends needed to delivery on the Ericsson Network strategy
  • Lead and shape business and behavioral-based learning solutions to build our people capabilities with both role-based foundational and future-critical skills to deliver on profitable and sustainable business solutions. You’ll support the identification and (where needed) the development of technical certifications and role-based assessment programs to support continuous competence development
  • Work with an outstanding local and global learning team, while interacting closely with the business
  • Influence and drive exciting & challenging global and local learning projects, incorporated within our learning ecosystem
  • Remove barriers and address complex situations with aligned and balanced learning solutions
  • Assist in driving strategic competence development and career plans that drives individual and organizational growth that enables future business success
  • Work with leaders and communication professionals to deliver strong change management, communications and branding solutions to improve the visibility and adoption of competence development programs
  • Act as a trusted Learning Partner with every level of the organization to address individuals, teams, and wider organizational learning needs for our people by driving continuous learning as a habit.
     

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to analyze people performance and competence gaps
  • The ability to identify, design, create and implement learning solutions while aligning with key strategies
  • Embrace technologically, business, and behavioral-enabled learning solutions, expanding the range of all future learning methods available
  • Execute speedily in a high fast paced environment with multiple deliverables, reporting progress to support the business and get results
  • The motivation to drive a high impact learning culture, with the ability to teach others to do the same
  • You thrive in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve
  • A solid practice of supporting competence and career growth, with empathy and understanding of individuals everyday learning and growth challenges
  • Ability to tackle problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and also adapt to changes the business faces
  • Ability to work in a team environment plus self-motivation to drive excellence on an individual level
  • People skills and emotional maturity required to work with all levels, including c-level
     

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in technology/business or learning and development role
  • Background in these specific technologies (5G, Data Science, Automation, Machine Learning, IoT, Enterprise)
  • Working experience on strategy development, alignment, and prioritization to support the future of the business success
  • Working knowledge of learning platforms to enhance the people learning experience
  • Knowledge of future proof skills to support the business needs
  • Change management experience within projects or programs
