We are looking for future change leaders to join our 21-month experience as an Improvement and Performance Specialist and make our outstanding company even better.

 

You will:

  • Develop options for senior leaders on critical improvements;
  • Use data to assess, prioritize, and lead change and transformation projects in different Business Functions across three individualized rotations;
  • Assess business flow challenges and roadblocks, not only recommending a strategy but leading change execution;
  • Work with diverse professionals across all organizations in the company gaining exposure and mentoring opportunities

 

You have:

  • A desire for supporting positive change in a corporate environment;
  • Ability to understand granular components of problems, while keeping a broad approach to solutioning;
  • Aptitude to formulate improvement strategies and effectively communicate;
  • Interest and aptitude for technology and 5G
  • A spring 2022 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar learning experiences.
