Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Network Design and Optimization (NDO) Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers.

 

In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals.

 

The role has global responsibility and a significant amount of travel to Ericsson and customer sites for both long and short durations anywhere in the world, is anticipated.

 

You will:

  • Scope, define, craft solution offerings, outline and support innovations and automation initiatives.
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
  • Provide feedback to R&D for products and tool improvements.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing; Develop others.
  • Keep abreast of new technology/technical areas.

 

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-years of proven experience in RAN and End to End (E2E) Network Design and Optimization (NDO) in technical and/or senior consultative roles.
  • Experience in 5G, LTE, VoLTE, E2E and/or ML&AI.
  • Innovative and proactive attitude.
  • Great teammate but also demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
  • Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Result oriented with focus on customer happiness and high-quality project delivery.
  • Availability to travel worldwide up to 50%

 

You might also have:

  • Very good knowledge of Ericsson and other vendors equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters.
  • Experience in daily KPI analysis and proposal of corrective actions and successful track record of international engagements.
  • Experience in writing documentation, recommendations, providing analysis, carrying out special studies on radio interface and E2E. Able to present in workshops.
