We are now looking for an Enterprise Cloud Architect that has extensive experience with private and public cloud architectures, Virtual Desktop Environments with an emphasis on Windows 10 desktop deployment, deep understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), and hands-on experience with implementing/integrating cloud applications via API or custom development.

The Enterprise Cloud Architect will interact with the product engineering, development, Infrastructure, and management teams within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities. Heavy use of automation tools, integration, & knowledge of new technologies is a critical component to being an addition to our team!

Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. What you will do

Own Azure cloud platform technology framework and providing technical architecture and design leadership in support of corporate initiatives in cloud computing, integration, and automation:

  • Ensuring that critical cloud applications are designed and optimized for reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Be the owner of assigned quality metrics across the department and drive improvements.
  • Provide authority in mentor and feedback to appropriate teams for process, deployment, and compliance through audits.
  • Create a 3-5-year cloud solutions roadmap planning and execution strategy and improvements.

 

You will bring

 

Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or 15+ years equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quality engineering experience in integration, application deployment, and automation technologies.

 

  • Proficient experience with Iaas, SaaS, Paas solutions with an emphasis on Azure.
  • Experience crafting Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
  • Experience in design and deployment of virtual environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.).
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management and Application Packaging (Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-management).
  • Packaging of Software application for deployment to Microsoft based virtual Desktop.
  • Experience in providing direct support and triaging from engineering, development, product, and infrastructure teams.
  • Good communication and presentations skills. Ability to lead and present data analytics in understandable way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% both locally and internationally.
  • Microsoft Certifications, Microsoft Office 365 Administration and deployment experience.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Azure Active Directory and Azure Identity and Access Management.
  • Virtual Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Windows 365 Virtual Desktop
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11 Deployment Experience
  • App Packaging and packaging of Software application for deployment to Microsoft based virtual Desktop.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management and Intune.
  • Configuration Manager and Co-management.
