As the Director of Culture, you will be given the opportunity to play a meaningful role in continuously improving our workplace. As a key member of the Talent management team, you will do just that! You will closely partner with our Culture Champions, Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders, Communications team, business leaders and other key members of the HR team to ensure alignment and focus. What you will do

  • Build, integrate and promote solutions that cultivate an inclusive environment.
  • Provide consultation to Culture Champions/ERG sponsors and leaders to collaborate, align and deliver on annual strategic plans; ensuring efforts, practices and initiatives support the North American Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy.
  • Position ERGs for greater scale and impact including identifying and enabling awards and recognition opportunities pertaining to D&I and ‘employer of choice’ for Ericsson North America.
  • Ensure Culture champions and ERG members are equipped & engaged as brand ambassadors
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements, advise management on needed actions to remain compliant.
  • Serve as North American Culture/ERG liaison to global community.
  • Stay on top of industry knowledge and trends by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Network with other leading organizations on benchmarking Culture/D&I standard and ERG methodologies
  • Perform tactical duties such as: project management, metrics generation, campaign coordination, budget consultation & ownership.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics including VOICE and exit survey data and provide reports that support decision making in specified areas
  • Partner with other SME’s and HRBPs to enhance existing staff recognition and reward programs.

 

 

You will bring

  • Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures & experience rolling out enterprise-wide HR programs, including compensation, recruitment, benefits, training related programs
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. High impact and influence
  • Developed stakeholder and change management skills: a collaborative & consultative partner with the ability to empathize and advocate for both the enterprise, management, and employees
  • International Experience highly valuable in global organizations with matrix set up
  • Capability to switch gears rapidly; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working with senior leadership on implementing and developing organizational strategy
  • Experience working on DEI initiatives, as well as implementing cultural proficiencies for organization
  • High level of comfort using data in decision making; analytical, strategic, and programmatic thinking including ability to benchmark/ research
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is required.
  • MBA degree and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience (2-3 years working in the business is also preferred)
