Do you have a passion for building complex solutions using cutting edge, cloud, 5G, automation and analytics technology and professional services? Have you lead pre-sales and solutions engagements? Do you have a strong services background? Have you led consultative selling teams engaging customers into value argumentation discussions and winning their trust to be their partner of choice? We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business helping our customers maximize their OSS modernization journey.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Understand and influence key customer challenges and effectively communicate how Ericsson Orchestration and Analytics portfolio can address these challenges
  • Lead pre-sales activities involving cutting edge products and professional services to close high margin
  • business opportunities
  • Lead a senior team composed of pre-sales engineers with outstanding knowledge of Ericsson Orchestration and Analytics portfolio and value proposition
  • Implement the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote the corporate values, ethics and culture of the organization.
  • Closely collaborate with sales, Service Delivery Unit, product management & development and various other organizations.

 

To be successful, You Have:

 

  • Experience in selling and delivering Orchestration and Analytics solutions and services leveraging Ericsson Portfolio
  • Strong professional pre-sales background with emphasis on complex solutions offering and proposals as well as market dynamics expertise
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and can demonstrate ability to attract and develop talent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability to present to senior level executives
  • Strong work ethic and curiosity to learn

 

You Might Also Have:

  • Product R&D experience
  • Product Management expertise
  • Managed programs with significant off-shore experience
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA, MSE, or MSc
