Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Commercial Manager for BDGS, to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. Join us and partner with accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and take commercial decisions. Ericsson needs talent that can develop/improve new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins!

 

You will

  • Conduct price benchmarking.
  • Provide price level mentorship to the pricing team for strategic/key deals.
  • Suggest price models and provide price strategy support for new offers.
  • Disseminate new product/solutions information to pricing managers.
  • Ensure bench marking and market price understanding is in place, through collaboration with the Tactical Pricing Team.
  • Calibrate the One Price System process with the BA.
  • Develop alternative price models.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations to build more value for Ericsson.
  • Support Key Account Managers in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy.
  • Secure profitable sales.
  • Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Process with global guidelines.
  • Provide input to commercial strategy with commercial awareness.
  • Drive commercial management perfection.
  • Prepare and present commercial trends and reports.
  • Implement and utilize key delivery metrics to lead and guide team.

This position reports to the Head of Pricing.
