Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, deploy, and verify the configuration and integration of nodes, network and/or systems to setup cloud infrastructure. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of hardware validations, deployment using automation, deployment verification, platform validation, upgrade expansion, and life cycle management (LCM) activity for lab servers.

You will

  • Manage large farms of Cloud deployments, monitor availability, validate & clear alarms
  • Validate new hardware components per solution design requirements
  • Setup automation to periodically deploy multiple labs in a repeatable manner
  • Generate reports every morning on the nightly deployments’ status, raise bugs with platform dev. teams
  • Run meetings with Cloud platform development teams to review faults, bugs and drive improvement and efficiencies into the platform and deployment automation
  • Perform LCM activities such as certificate rotation, key rotations, establishing version baselines and implementing software version baselines across deployed environment

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor' degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Physics or other similar technical degree. Master’s in science preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience of deploying cloud infrastructure, hardware validations.
  • 2 years as system integration engineer with cloud platforms
  • Cloud platform – AWS, Azure, GCP or Openstack
  • Hands on working experience in Kubernetes deployments, Docker, and Helm charts
  • Proficiency in Linux OS flavors- Ubuntu, CentOS, shell scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience in Python programming and Go-lang skills.
  • Certified by Linux Foundation on CKA, CKAD or CKS, certification from public cloud providers Azure AZ-900
  • Outstanding oral and verbal communication, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, active listening/hearing, thought leadership.

 

You might also have

  • Familiar with industry standards such as ETSI, 3GPP, Open stack, CNCF, ONF, ODL, OCP and others
  • Contribute to Open Source - OpenStack, OPNFV, OpenShift, ONAP, CNCF, etc.
  • Must have participated and contributed with evidence towards Innovation/Proof of Concept/Patents/Hackathon
