We are looking for an experienced and versatile techno-functional Business Analyst to be part of the Strategy & Digital acceleration team. Passionate about providing insights and advice based on detailed and methodical investigation, analysis, and presentation of data.


The Business Analytics Specialist focuses on applying their business knowledge and analytics skills to data, to point to statistically secured conclusions on business performance. They work as an advisor to decision-makers, to outline both causes and remedies to business problems. Provides functional process and data expertise. Qualifies Analytics IT requirements and manages the Analytics Solution portfolio within his/her area of responsibility.


In this role, your duties include working closely with members of the Digitalization team, business users, and senior leaders and serving as the senior technical resource and business partner for the transformation projects.


What you will do

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand, elicit, gather the business requirements and map them into user stories or use cases for technical teams
  • Gather, build and document current and future business process flows.
  • Act as scrum master/Agile Coach & Mentor for the development team by holding sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Provide functional perspective and expertise in design discussions.
  • Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Value tracking of implemented use cases
  • Proven track record in effective communication with senior and executive management
  • Good to excellent knowledge of statistics
  • Participate in testing activities to ensure the solution is of high quality and meets requirements.
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Define and implement metrics to measure and communicate success
  • Manage a portfolio of process initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Assist Strategic Initiatives and Execution team in projects and key IT initiatives


You will bring

  • Demonstrates strong functional and technical knowledge.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the IT space collecting requirements, including configuring and customizing systems
  • Experience in business analysis work
  • Knowledge of process assessment and optimization techniques
  • Proven working experience in project management and change management environment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
