About this opportunity

We are looking for an internal Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate Security Assurance evaluations of Ericsson’s 4G, 5G products and Cloud RAN solution. This process is and will be even more important in the future. It will show to our customers that Ericsson’s products are following this industry-wide security framework and baseline.

What you will do

  • Prioritize, coordinate the validation team and provide help to address impediments
  • Follow-up on the evaluations progress for each product and raise issues
  • Communicate to internal Stakeholders (via Reports/Dashboard/KPI) the progress, results, risks and issues faced
  • Handle communication, validation and issues towards external stakeholders
  • Define and follow clear Ways of Working to establish an end-to-end validation process, able to handle new products in the future
  • Supply towards PDUs with feedbacks for roadmap and strategic developments
  • Stay updated on the Security Assurance evaluations roadmap for long terms goals and communicate towards internal stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement must be part of every day’s work to improve efficiency of the different validation steps and processes
  • Drive project execution to secure the Security Assurance evaluations for Ericsson’s 4G, 5G products and Cloud RAN solution
  • Lead a cross-functional and remote team; ensure their consensus to project’s goals, build a real team spirit

You will bring

  • Must have an experience in Project Management, ideally in Radio and/or Cloud environments
  • Must have an Ericsson experience as a project manager with customer interaction
  • This project is a continuous validation / assessment project. The candidate must have handled projects with important validations phases
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership to drive the (remote) team
  • Fluent English speaking & writing are required to interact with global stakeholders internally and externally
  • A service-oriented approach combined with a clear sense of ownership towards the certification
  • Planning & organizing skills are needed to make this project a success
  • A certification in Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner or PMP is a plus
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Leading & supervising
