Overview

Systems DevOps Team

Organization looks at continuous integration/deployment and solution integration for the e2e virtualized system

  • Vertically (from the HW up to the microservices)
  • Horizontally (e2e control, user, management planes)
  • Systemically (performance, robustness, serviceability)

 

What are we looking for?

  • Expert in RAN systems characterization in capacity, stability, robustness, footprint, integrity, and OAM areas
  • Highly experienced working with CRS and other traffic requirements and able to define traffic models
  • Working knowledge with traffic modelling and system parameter tuning
  • Able to create traffic profiles using digital tools to simulate end-user applications
  • System tuning, feature interaction awareness and traffic parameter optimization
  • Able to work with multiple tools and expert knowledge working with customer facing tools like ITK, ADAT, ENM, PF
  • Able to connect and work with data pipelines and process large volumes of data using latest AI/ML techniques and 3PP tools
  • Able to define KPI's and formulas required to perform system characterization and define requirements towards UX developers
  • Cloud native knowledge and awareness about cloud KPI's
  • Good expert collaboration and ability to work with multiple teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Able to read code and understand information required to verify existing observability metrics accuracy
  • Act as a change driver towards introducing needed observability and influence microservice teams in system behaviour monitoring
  • Able to work with customer data and troubleshoot field issues from KPI metrics
  • Have a service-minded orientation and help within and outside the team boundaries

 

In addition, to be successful in this role you must:

  • Have proven technical knowledge in advanced traffic modelling and KPI analysis and assessments
  • Have proven ability to work with traffic generation tools such as Viavi, FsUE, iPerf etc., and traffic analysis tools (ITK, ADAT, PF, pcap, tshark)
  • Work in an open way where we share our learning to secure that we as a team are always learning
  • Have a service-minded orientation and help within and outside team boundaries
  • Drive and embrace innovation and change with a collaborative mindset
  • Have strong drive towards achievements, delivery timelines
  • Expert working knowledge of industry AI/ML tools and 3PP software for data processing and analysis
  • Strong theoretical background of best AI/ML algorithms and approaches
  • Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., C, Matlab, Julia, Java, Python, Perl...)
  • Expert understanding of the Linux ecosystem and Linux kernel
