What you will do

 

We are now looking for a 2nd Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

You will bring

 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Siebel CRM, working for telecom clients

  • Must have good knowledge about Siebel configuration, Workflows, Siebel Scripting, Products, Order Management etc.

  • Good knowledge of SQL, Basic knowledge of Siebel Admin.

  • Able to support 24*7 for issues reported in production environment.

 

Key Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar

Minimum years of relevant experience: 3 Years’ Experience Preferred with relevant experience
