You will:

  • Working on on Microsoft Teams and Groups, Teams Administration.
  • Skype to TEAM Migration
  • Analyze and fix internal and external VOIP issues.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Very good experience with O365, specifically on Microsoft Teams and Groups, Teams Administration.
  • Skype to TEAM Migration, Very good knowledge of MS TEAMS Fundamentals, O365, Azure.
  • Exchange Online Administration/Transport Rule Management.
  • Extensive PowerShell Scripting experience is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of Voice fundaments like PBX, SBX, Gateway, etc.
  • Enterprise voice and Data Center expertise working with collaboration platforms & solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, RTP/SRTP including TLS.
  • Experienced in virtualization platforms VMWare and Hyper-V.

Key Qualification:

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering
  • Expereince: 8-10 years
