Supply Plan Leader

Our Exciting Opportunity: 

We are now looking for a Supply Plan leader to coordinate between global SCM, ENC internal (operation, project and so on) to secure the better supply fulfillment. The plan, also including feedback and consequences, should enable the dimensioning of production and supply chain to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost and capital targets. Plan over specified time periods and specified planning points that represent a projected appropriation of supply chain resources to meet actual and forecasted supply chain demands.  

 

You will:  

•Align with global SCM & project, drive right demand loading by following ENC production strategy

  1. Align Radio GPP loading with global Radio SCM
  2. Align Node demand loading with global Node SCM. Maintain PFS (BCD) products ratio
  3. Check Sub-module inhouse demand and balance volume with EMS

•Drive ENC TDM and present decision in global Pre-TDM

  1. Analysis ENC capacity, highlight gaps & risk, take preventive action
  2. Drive investment analysis for NPI/GPI/TPI projects & production line, propose right investment in ENC TDM & global Pre-TDM and get approval (Unique investment before PRG, including investment forecast)
  3. Propose excess equipment according to GPP & product status, get TDM approval and move to THW
  4. Follow up TDM approved investment execution status in ENC
  5. Measure & visualize production line utilization
  6. Measure Production Plan Stabilization – LH tracking for coming GPP early preparation
  7. Share TDM decision to ENC relevant department

•Overall drive ENC capacity analysis and balance between projects

•Allocate tester between different products , maximize ENC technical capacity utilization

•Review NPI line capacity with ENC internal team to secure NPI line capacity

•Implement substitution plan

•Join VVM meeting, according to product readiness time & sites capacity, align  

  with VVM participants a reasonable global production ramp up

•Check pre-DP and align with global SCM before final release

  1. Product missing/r-state
  2. Secure PS qty in GPP both for NPI and GPI/TPI
  3. Propose demand split for TPI  site

•Align with global SCM weekly GPP/allocation change, execute in ENC

•Give GPP Per-Hub, POP/allocation Per-MA commitment according to material capability, ENC overall capacity & project commit.

•Load right demand (Qty, R-state) weekly to secure material drive (Including TPI in site material driver support till 2nd volume split)

•Load NPI project prototype build plan timely, secure delivery to PDU

•Confirm delivery date in HWMDS and arrange shipment timely.

•Inform Hub set up master data on time, NPI products order flow, claim process ready, secure early delivery decision information transfer & execution.

• Inform global SCM set up 1st TPI flag, split right volume to TPI site in time

•Release coming 2WKs production plan according to VPO, material capability, production capacity & LH , stock

•Huddle file (NPI/GPI/TPI) overall response before Pre-GA (TPI information from receiving site, PM inform to add/remove)

•Trade complicate

•Control FG inventory

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in engineering / Business or equivalent working experience 
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in similar work, have Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge:
    • Experience from logistics and/or production
    • Experience from supply and global logistics
  • Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis.
  • Have good knowledge of Ericsson product and planning process.
  • Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Familiar with office SW operation
  • Good teamwork
  • Result oriented
