SMA Process Engineer

About this opportunity

Take SMA technology forward, study cutting-edge SMA technology and material technology including PCB and components. Handling SMA NPI/TPI production and business activities and providing SMA production related technical support to fulfillment efficient, high quality and cost-effective.

What you will do

-Pre-dev for new SMA technology& process study, and output technical solution. Introduce new SMA Technology and process to products in early phase, and secure quality for volume production.

-Define and implement NPI SMA Production process. Do failure analysis to fix SMA process issue, components and PCB quality issue, coordinate PBA DFM (Design for Manufacturing).

-Continuously apply modern industrial engineering technology into production center to have a flexible, agile, and lean manufacturing environment for NPI/TPI.

-Be actively involved in daily support to NPI production lines and perform troubleshooting as per smooth production requires Share related experience with team members.

You will bring

-University degree in relevant subjects such as Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation Engineering etc.

-Working experience as SMA Process Engineer, Be expert in SMA process, components technology, PCB, PBA DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and fixture design.

-Be good at failure analysis and be familiar with analysis process and methods.

-Excellent grasp of oral and written English Comprehensive knowledge of Radio products and processes is preferred. Be cable to play a leading role in a team, showing characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability Black Belt preferable.
