About this opportunity

Program Technical Leader is responsible for the production technology implementation on Ericsson 5G products industrialization. The Program Technical Leader is a key role in production solution deployment and improvement and acts as technical driver.

What you will do

  • Be overall responsible for new production technology implementation on 5G products.
  • Participate in critical production-technology verification and evaluation at early phase.
  • Drive K-gap mitigation plan defined from early phase.
  • Drive activities and solutions to mitigate knowledge gaps/technical risks popped up during NPI phase.
  • Drive technical summary of lessons learned from NPI and feedback to Early phase drivers & Global segment RA leads, deliver improvement ideas to Supply Pre-dev leader.

You will bring

  • University degree or above in a technical subject
  • Min.5 years experiences in telecommunication or similar area on process design and producibility study
  • Be familiar with production overall process, including SMA, Assembly, Test and Repair
  • Have experiences in technical program/project management or taskforce driving
  • Product development experience will be a plus
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Be open minded, be collaborative, have sense of urgency and leader behaviors
