About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Product Technology leader reports to Manager of Product Tech & Design Support.
Product Technology Leader act as a technology leader for a given products or platform within ENC or EMS/ESS throughout the whole product life cycle.
To lead overall product technology, provide new technology introduction, technology guard, production optimization, to improve product performance and production test yield.
Organize cross function technology team. Ensure the implementation of product technology solution in ENC and ESS/EMS sites.
Pioneer of new technology introduction and revolution in PTDS group.
Coach team member within Radio PIM China/PTDS in product technology.
As key contributor on global technology forum to discuss product technology.
What you will do
- New technology introduction, to contact with any technology interface (design, vendor) then spread in team.
- Technology guard, to evaluate technical solution and RCA support.
- Production optimization, to solve overall production problem for improving production efficient.
- Product Technology leader reports to Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Product Technology Leader to assistant Manager in technology view.
- Leader of technology forum, ccontinuous analyzing yield, claims & repair by discussion and knowledge share.
You will bring
- Work with PDU (EAB, CBC, EMC), assistant design on new technology/new product industrialization.
- Work with team member, lead technology forum, support RCA
- Work with other team, give professional comments as experts
- Give professional and solid comments for TR/ER handling
- Define experimental scheme and coach other engineers.
- Assistant Manager to lead special project, like overall technology revolution.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting competence.
- Lead cross-domain or cross-organization technical teams, case by case.
- For sensitive RCAs, drive or actively support in the investigation; review and approve Formal Answers and Reports prior to sending to customer, to ensure high quality;
- Present technical conclusions & recommendations and get the customer acceptance.
