About this opportunity

Product Quality Leader act as a quality leader for a given products or platform within ENC or EMS/ESS throughout the whole product life cycle. Execute a full product and process quality responsibility, set up and maintain overall quality management and control processes, methods and tools for lead products globally, non-lead products production and purchased products in ENC, and for all related processes which are important for the product quality.


What you will do

  • The PQL leads a cross-functional quality improvement team to fulfil defined and established quality plan. Lead target define on yield, DPPM, inspection fault rate, CPK, customer claim and repair. Secure reach product KPI target.
  • PQL is responsible for driving quality assurance by leading the quality improvement team. 
  • PQL reports to Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • The PQL assists the PM with quality view in each project phase of NPI/TPI GPI and maintenance projects. Provide technical information, consequence analysis and possible solutions. Also supporting with producability-, reliability- and risk management input. Provide technical recommendation in each project millstone.
  • Leader of FRAG forum, ccontinuous analyzing yield, claims & repair by using necessary systems, tools and 6 sigma methods with relative engineers, solving critical issues or problems.


You will bring

  • The minimum 2 years experience of working in supply related organizations such as production, supply, quality, NPI, etc.
  • University educational degrees or above. Engineering background.
  • Familiar or attend Project as main contributor, better with Project management knowledge.
  • Familiar with Product knowledge for responsible products. Good understanding of E/// products.
  • Fluency English in listening, writing and oral.
  • Good knowledge of 6 sigma and statistics tools, Black-belt preferable.
  • Leadership skill and team oriented skills, Result oriented and problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Initiative/Proactive ability and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to propose and implement new targets/wow etc. out from today performance and best practice.
