About this opportunity

The purpose of the role is to drive new innovation and growth initiative. Stay abreast of emerging technology for of a defined group of products and/or solutions. By defining and addressing technical and non-technical requirements/opportunities efficient supplier ability and sourcing ability is to be reached, in an end to end perspective.

This role assumes the short-term product roadmap and its integration into global strategic roadmap.

What you will do

  • Define and drive long-term product vision and short-term product roadmap for software and hardware products
  • SMI product requirements definition and demands analysis.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the overall SMI Product Experience
  • Control product cost (development, manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance)
  • Be responsible for entire product lifecycle management of SMI solutions.
  • SMI project key-milestone and key output acceptance. Marketing analytics with competitors. Ground breaking technology trend follow up.
  • Communicate the product strategy, continuously and effectively, to the entire unit.
  • Be accountable for the quality of SMI solutions
  • Empower, develop and cultivate product development team
  • Implement consistently, rapidly and optimally so as to meet relevant company achievements and objectives
  • Assist line manager to build and develop a Product Team, and identify and successfully address skills gaps across the team
  • Assist project manager to handle project plan, risk, budget, quality. Ericsson Wide Knowledge & Skills

You will bring

  • 3+ years of work experience in a product management role
  • Previous successful experience taking a product from concept to mass manufacturing
  • Previous successful experience crafting the product strategy and driving teams to effectively complete specific timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Lean & Agile Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience in deeply engaging or even leading UX/UI and Quality functions
  • A passion for products that drive outstanding user experience
  • ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Knowledge
  • Be familiar with product prototype design tool is a plus. Axure RP, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator
  • Good experience for manufacturing end-to-end process.
  • Product Management Process, Supply Process, Sourcing Process
  • Working experiences on software development, and good knowledge at least one programming language. e.g. Java, Python,
