Our Exciting Opportunity: 

Provide the professional manufacture technical support to PDU to achieve high quality mechanical design.

Join in product PLCM management team and support PDU, ESS & EMS.

Work in the area of Mechanical design and Final assembly, Manufacturing, Industrial engineering, to drive DFM FA, including design rules, design improvements, manufacturing technology study, mechanical experiments, prototype verification, assembly technology.

Apply modern manufacturing technology and mechanical technology to lead and drive design rules and continuous improvements of product and assembly technology to achieve Lean Manufacturing.

 

You will:  

Pre-study the feasibility of the new manufacturing technology for industrialization.

Develop and innovate the new manufacturing technology.

Propose improvements to design from the production perspective during product development.

Develop product requirements and design rules from the production perspective.

Mock-up and prototype verification.

Drive the mechanical experiments (pressure, strain, release torque etc.).

Drive special fixtures and equipment preparation and verification.

Support product industrialization on automatic line.

Deliver mechanical related RCA solution.

Provide professional manufacture support to projects within PLCM, coordinate the resource from Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Packaging Engineering.

Lead continuous improvement activities with global design and ESS/EMS sites.

Provide consultation from technical point of view to high-level decision makers and other Ericsson organizations based on his/her competence and responsibilities.

Contribute internal knowledge / experience share and competence buildup activities within manufacturing engineering.

Other tasks assigned by upper level managers.

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

Bachelor degree or above

Major In the area of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.

Strong knowledge for Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering etc.

>3 years working experience as Mechanical design, IE, ME or related jobs in electronics Industry is preferred

Good English skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing

Systematic and logic thinking

Initiative and positive personal personality
