About this opportunity

We are now looking for an Order & Delivery Management resource to execute, manage and deliver orders according to contractual requirements for all products and services. The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for new deliveries to customer including hardware, software and services.


What you will do

  • Support customer unit on End-to-End delivery of products and services.
  • Perform order fulfilment activities and collaborative works within a full loop of purchase to pay.
  • Ensure order compliance and process adherence in the day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Be a key partner and problem solver for customers and requisitioners.
  • Accomplish supply operation improvement work


You will bring

  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Interest for innovation, automation and digitalization.
  • Operational knowledge in purchase to pay, invoice& payment, sourcing process is a plus.
  • Script abilities in Python/ UI path/ Tableau/ VBA is a plus.
