About this opportunity

We are now looking for a manager to lead team focusing on workflow automation and leading/implementing changes with strong project management and influencing skills, to lead the automation, improvement projects across all flows in Group Supply APAC, to create no touch and effective workflow through an efficient Supply Chain and realize Supply startegic focus. The role will need support team to understand business requirement and influence business line with revolutionary way of working aligning with Supply startegy & process and transformation objective in an efficient and effective manner. The role will also need coordiante with internal and external resource to ensure delivery of objective timely and effectively.

The position can be located in MOAI countries or in China.


What you will do

Drive the automation and improvement projects to fulfil customer orders and deliver products in a cost efficient way to our customers on time
Optimize the E2E process from suppliers to customers.
Ensure the Line Managers Supply understands customer needs and acts with a holistic view to bring order to cash
Ensure supply execution
Apply the supply strategy
Execute the supply processes


You will bring

Education: Bachelor or above in supply chain management, business administration, economy, logistics, project management etc.

Minimum years of experience: 7 years in supply chain, project management and supply chain automation

Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge

Rich automation experience with cross functional collaboration

Managerial skills

Proven leadership behavior

The interest and desire to lead people
