HR Delivery Specialist

What you will do

  • Be responsible for daily operations in HR functions, such employment management, compensation and benefits, learning, etc.
  • Provide efficient support to team members and other concerned ones.
  • Involved in other HR projects to improve employee experience, organization development and so on.

You will bring

  • University education with modern human resources management concept;
  • 1-2 years of work experience, and have knowledge and practice in personnel administration; Compensation and benefits or project management;
  • Well-organized, good initiative detailed and scientific-minded;
  • Good command of English and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Good computer and data analysis skills.
