Digitalization Lead

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Digitalization Lead.

 

What you will do

  • Define and drive strategy set-up & implementation of data driven operations (E2E connected operations, real time data, visibility, analytics, and physical/system automations)
  • Secure efficient implementation of processes/tools and related improvements
  • Drive the knowledge and competence build up for the operation team
  • Drive the Industry 4.0 use case landing in operations
  • Provides the leadership team an analysis of business data to help decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives

 

You will bring

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in data/MES system or manufacturing area
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing process, methodology and tools.
  • Good knowledge of data driven and MES system
  • Strong data analysis skill
  • Good communication skills and Fluency English in listening, writing and oral.
  • Strong change management skill
  • Eager to learn & grow
