About this opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Solution Manager to drive domain sales support for the KAM organization securing Ericsson’s business success in the Radio related segment.

The candidate is expected to play a key role in driving end-to-end technical sales for the RAN portfolio (Radiobaseband Microwave Backhaul & ETC).

To succeed, the person needs to have a proven track record in supporting technical sales of complex networking solutions to Service Providers.


What you will do

  • Drive the broader Ericsson RAN portfolio’s Technical Sales Support from Business Development to deal-closure in your territory.
  • Be the “go-to-person” for the RAN portfolio’s technical sales support.
  • Establish relationships with technical key influencers, decision makers and manage the entire sales process (from the technical side).
  • Promote and establish Ericsson´s position as a key player in the local market and identify technical opportunities for RAN.
  • Help your Sales counterparts to build & execute the respective Sales funnel.
  • Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer
  • Provide sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and Customer
  • Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization. Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function.
  • You will Influence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions, strategies & requirements
  • Deliver customer value, provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business
  • Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up


You will bring

  • Education: Bachelor of Tele communicationcomputer Science or similar Business Administration is a plus.
  • Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
  • Overall experience in technical/solution sales.
  • Hands-on, fully committed business developer.
  • Domain experience: Technical Certification in 4/5G RAN and/or other relevant areas.
  • Technical expert with regard to Ericsson’s radio portfolio.
  • Strong background in Solutions/Consultative sales approach and process with ability to translate business needs to product solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Network Service Provider technical challenges incl intimate knowledge of the end-user needs
  • Strong ability to work in a complex global environment, effectively building and sustaining relationships at multiple levels with the customer as well as internally
  • Teammate with the ability to create and environment to achieve challenging business objectives
  • Excellent presentation skills. Articulates arguments or ideas in a compelling way.
