Job Summary:

We are looking for an Implementation Management/Deployment Support who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Deployment Support will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site-Cluster etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.

 

The role of a Deployment Support is:

  • To support the planning and implementation projects
  • To acquire data and communication with internal and external partners
  • To preparation of acceptance documents
  • To recover and monitoring of inquiries from the Regional Project Coordinator
  • To work with Ericsson-tools and customer-tools (e. g. WFMT)
  • Support development of Tool Automation to optimize WFMT-handling
  • To pre-check of order intake and order acceptance
  • To control local stock incl. the delivery

 

           Deployment Support Responsibilities:

  • By day reporting of status via Site Handler/Site-Tracker and customer PM-tool, status monitoring.

 

           Deployment Support Authorities:

  • The Deployment Support acts on behalf of Project Coordinator or Quality Manager

 

           Qualifications & experience

  • Deployment Support/Project assistant in the telecommunication industry.

 

IS/IT tools and access

  • Windows office packet, basic need. Advanced in MS-Excel.
  • Site Handler / Site-Tracker and customer related tools (e.g. WFMT), have to be adopt.
  • Ticketing System of TDG

 

Additional requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language
