PO (Project Office) !!

Common PO for Build and Optimise to secure project result is in track and undertaking as one business Fulfilment assignment toward customer result and internally as well.

Main Objectives are the following :

  1. Secure Delivery Excellence : Project on scope, time, cost. Drive behaviour to deliver Acceptance = On Air. Focus on Order to Cash.

  2. Establish Inquisitive Digital Project Management Method and connected digital landscape to handle complexity, shorter lead time, with efficiency to drive successful project. Leading a driven service delivery organization in the market

BO (Business Operations) !!

  1. Manage all business areas ie SL and PO, within Network Operation in regards to Overall Strategy to deliver business outcome and financial target.

  2. Manage programs that cross functions within Operation

  3. Driving cost efficiencies and scale as one unit (NEO Ops)

  4. Improve productivity and quality of delivery.

  5. RM (Resource Management) Function sits under Business Operation, with following key objectives :

  6. Handle all resource management for NEO. This includes all resources' type : FTE, ARP, ASP TM, SDU to fulfil business demand


You Will:

  1. Resource Management, Resource Planning & Competence Development

  2. Career development for Customer Project Managers (CPM) within the team in order to build superior capabilities and drive certification to have adequate Build and Optimize domain

  3. Assignment handling for presales and project delivery

  • Fulfil assignments from Key Account Manager (KAM)/Customer Operations Manager (COM) for Presales and Execution.

  • Overall understanding and correlation on RAN KPI Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards operator.

  • Assigning CPM’s to these assignments.

  1. Project Governance

  • Complete and Implement project governance according to MOAI Project Governance model as well as ensure that XLPM and other project related processes and tools are used in all projects.

  • Strive for the improvement as required and build a strong connection with MA PO Head to have enhancements to governance structures and templates implemented.

  • Build competence of CPMs to manage expectations from project governance, this includes Business demeanour, Leadership, Financial knowledge, CPM process adherence, compliance to CPM Key Performance Indicators, as well as expectation towards Steering Group.

  • Ensure Project Manager is responsibility for E2E delivery including the Acceptance.

  • Ensure that a project steering function is in place for all projects and that regular steering group meetings like OSG take place. Ensure that the steering groups have the correct participants and that they act according to the MOAI Steering Group expectations.

  • Ensure that the team is motivated and follow up on DIALOG activities

  • Driver growth culture in Project by constantly involve in new requirement and do up-sales by AOS in projects.

  • Drive innovation and knowledge sharing culture in the team, in collaboration with operational excellence unit

  • Drive a culture of constant improvement based on route cause analysis of issues and processes

  • Build Superior Capabilities (Competence resources and reliable processes)

  • Continuously Drive Profit Improvement
