Here is an opportunity for Head of DGS

You will

  • Lead Ericsson’s Digital Services team responsible for Reliance Jio (RJIO) in Mumbai, India
  • Build strong Customer relationships at C-Level, both internally and externally!
  • Take accountability for profit and loss of the defined business and empower the organization to strive to achieve business outcomes.
  • Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment. Building and leading a presales and delivery organization to support timely and effective customer requirements.
  • Work in a collaborative way with internal and external stakeholders, including within partner/supplier ecosystems.
  • Manage the business by leading all aspects of the monitoring and reporting of program related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets
  • Develop a positive & productive culture within the business
  • Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the business
  • Drive operational performance, innovation, and continuous improvement

To be successful in the role one must have

  • Demonstrated ability of 15 + years within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry in a business management role
  • Have a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the IT and Telco sector
  • Validated people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability and experience on the following domains: Mobile Core, Packet Core, OSS, BSS, Cloud and Systems Integration.
  • Experience advising sophisticated projects, growing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and building top line and bottom line growth.
  • Proven track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators.
