About this opportunity!


Reporting to the CU Head of Operations, will have overall accountability end to end for the overall Network Design and Optimisation business. You will be encouraged to lead and proactively drive within all phases of the sales and delivery lifecycles to ensure a profitable business outcome with high levels of customer happiness.


What you will do!


Specifically, your accountabilities will include (but not limited to) :

  • Developing and leading a team in both scale and skill to deliver according to agreed business and delivery strategies.
  • Supervising project financials and ensuring that respective plans are developed and put into place together with respective stakeholders to ensure financial Targets are being achieved.
  • Proactive engagement in measuring and supervising key efficiency indicators across cost centre and project and completing plans to improve.
  • Improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactive drive of efficiencies via tools, process and innovative delivery strategies. Leave no stone unturned to find more thoughtful, faster deliveries, demonstrating on automation – ML and AI.
  • Proactive engagement and leadership with the respective sales organisations within the Key Accounts to identify and drive leads and opportunities from concept to realization. You will have key role reinforcing add- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
  • Provide the leadership on the evaluation, certification and management of authorized services providers/sub-contractors
  • Ownership & implementation for all tool platforms required for the NDO deliveries are deployed, operated and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead C-Level customer presentations where required and proactively engage on a regular basis within the customer organisation to identify needs, expectations and develop close relationships
