Customer Project Manager

Our Outstanding Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM), to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

  1. To manage KAM projects in a timely, efficient, with quality and customer satisfactory manner till the customer final acceptance, invoicing and handover to support organisation.
  2. To manage, implement and complete KAM project in accordance to the assignment specification issued by KAM as well as PROPS-C and CPM@Ericsson project methodology.

You Will:

  1. To report the CORE-3 and contractual execution activities and progress to the Program Manager / Total Project Manager or Head of PO where applicable.
  2. To participate in tender process / Core 3 activity on behalf of project office whenever is required. This includes, among others, giving quotation for all project related services i.e. engineering services, SoC compliance and produce project timeline and etc.
  3. To form a cross functional project organisation upon an assigned project from KAM with resource secured from different organization.
  4. To provide prospect project forecast list for securing project resource in terms of competence, timeliness, cost as well as to increase efficiency of resource utilisation and mobilisation.
  5. To conduct a project profitability analysis prior to the commencement of an assigned project.
  6. To practise the PROPS-C project methodology throughout the project life cycle.
  7. To be the Project Specification responsible in response to the Assignment Specification.
  8. To take advancing actions should contractual deliverables not meet the requirements.
  9. To seek approval from CCB should budget overrun or deviation and discrepancy of overall project objectives.
  10. To conduct regular customer project meetings for all project implementation issues.
  11. To constantly review and supervise project cost vs. project budget and develop a project timeline which is to be maintained at a high level of planning and control.
  12. To trigger Finance invoicing for all accepted works by customer.

You should have:

  1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
  2. Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success.
  3. Sound understanding of Ericsson’s vision, business objectives, products and services.
  4. Understand the processes within project implementation, Strong financial knowledge in particular project budgeting, Project Management Competences
  5. Have a customer focused attitude - E2E focus, sees the big picture, can get things done no matter what, with agility and speed to deliver what the customer needs when they need it
