We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

Your daily activities are:

  • Be responsible for scope, defining and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D 
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing 
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

The main skills we require are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Communications, Electronics or any other related (with license or intern letter)
  • To have excellent English communication skills along with a results-oriented attitude
  • Social service or professional practices in customer support or network related areas.
  • A team-player, collaborative, creative and self-learner personality would be encouraged, that's exactly what we're looking for!
  • Proficient English level
  • English C1 Level                        
  • Bachelor of Engineering or related field.
  • Degree and Professional License is required (Recomended)             
  • Experience in crafting multi-platform sw architecture, system integration, test automations, migrations and deployments and workflow deployment.   
  • Ability to seek problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.                 
  • The understanding of team strategies and objectives.                      
  • The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools.                      
  • The communication skills required to work with teams both locally and globally.
  • Troubleshooting E2E VoLTE on EPC and IMS
  • ENIQ Report Creation
  • IMS Statistics monitoring and response
  • KPIs y SRVCC Reports
  • IMS signaling specific doubts response to customer
  • Troubleshooting of S6a, S1
  • MoP creation for timer changes requested by Ericsson/customer team.
  • Resolution of VoLTE issues originated in the EPC and IMS
  • Support to Ericsson VoLTE  Optimization team to provide E2E solutions to customer EPC and IMS
  • IMS
    • Solid background IMS/UDM nodes including HSS, SBG, CSCF, MTAS, CUDB & IPw for native and virtual solutions.
    • Solid knowledge of Linux & Networking.
    • Background in Platforms such as: KBs, Dockers, OpenStack, VMware (at least two).
    • Knowledge of bash, Ansible Python is a plus.
