Integration Engineer 5G Packet Core

About this opportunity

We are looking for Integration Engineers for, Packet Core to work with nodes like SGSN-MME, EPG, WMG, SAPC and Enterprise CORE for native and virtual solutions to analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade, expansion, functionality, and capacity. 5GC to be able to developed with the deployment, configuration, testing and solving of AMF, SMF and UPF. Validated containers experience is a must.

What you will do

• Provide service delivery to telecommunication operators all over American countries.
• Work with our customers to provide System Integration, Rollout, Optimization and Consultation of the Network.
• Be part of a highly motivated team of engineers, solution architects and testers to increase profitability and drive continuous improvement.
• Get to work with an outstanding local and distributed team, while interacting closely with our customers.
• Conduct knowledge sharing with the team.
• Plan and coordinate project activities with priority.

You will bring

• Advanced English.
• Academic degree, minimum on bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Engineering (IT, Telecommunication).
• Some experience in crafting multi-platform software architecture, system integration, test automations, migrations and deployments and workflow deployment.
• Ability to seek problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• The understanding of team strategies and objectives.
• The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools.
• The communication skills required to work with teams both locally and globally.
• Good understanding Virtualized and/or Containerized Network Functions
• Background in Packet Core
• Background in Ericsson Cloud Platforms CEE and/or CCD desired.
• Good knowledge of Linux & Networking is a must.
• Desired Background in Platforms such as: KBs, Dockers, OpenStack, VMware.
