We are building a new R&D team in Massy, France, including a Standards & Technology unit, part of Development Unit Networks global Standards & Technology organization. At Business Unit Networks Standards & Technology we secure technology leadership in Radio Access Networks (RAN) by actively driving New Concepts, Standardization, SW- and HW Research, Architecture and Testbeds. Technical focus includes 5G evolution, IoT, Automation / Machine Learning and Security.

 

We now look for a security researcher to work on 5G network security solutions for new industry and societal use cases. In the role, you will research relevant security technologies addressing current and future needs, define technical requirements and contribute to security solutions for targeted new industries.

 

To be successful in the role you are an experienced cyber security professional from industry sectors outside telecom, such as automotive, public safety, mission critical, manufacturing, electricity or health care.

You have experience in working with relevant industry standards, regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA, IEC 62443, GDPR, ENISA 5G toolbox, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.

 

You have good knowledge in the ICT security area, preferably with security certification such as CISSP, CCSP and/or CISM.

In addition, you have:

  • Excellent drive and ability to execute.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PhD, or MSc/equivalent.
  • Fluent English language skills in both writing and conversation.
