To help us to grow our new service offer and scale the service to meet our customer demands, we are looking for one experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager who are familiar delivering PaaS or SaaS product and services while comfortable working in a startup environment.  


As an ideal candidate, you will have experience to deliver API/SDK service in the market with scale. You will provide requirements to our multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will also be responsible to support lifecycle of product production – from conception through releases. Externally, you will market TON’s network API/SDK service (ANA) toward ISVs, platform, and application developers.  


In this role, you will:  


  • Drive the execution of all product & service lifecycle, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirement development, service delivery pipeline support, and product launch.  
  • Work with different sales channels to reach developer community, secure ingress funnel of opportunity, prioritize, drive product requirements, and devise product strategy.  
  • Create technical product documentations, including use cases, technical requirements, projections, and external white papers.  
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, sales, QA, and support to secure timely release of product & service with the balance of resources.  
  • Work closely with our architect to define the solution and convert market requirements into actionable engineering requirements.  
  • Make quantitative and data-driven decision and translate/articulate the vision into action.  
  • Develop rapid network solution prototype with engineering and solution to meet customer demands.  
  • Contribute to IPR.  


To be successful, you have:  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent years of experience. 
  • Preferred master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent years of experience.  
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple successful PaaS or SaaS product and/or service to the market, with scale.  
  • In-depth knowledge and relationship working in/with one of more target industry verticals, including gaming, finance, retails, etc.  
  • Working knowledge of network product and solution, i.e. RAN, 5GC, network exposure, IoT, security, ZTNA, etc.   
  • Working experience with requirement management such as JIRA and experience to perform data analysis such as Python notebook, aka beyond operating Excel spreadsheet.  
  • Demonstrate proactive attitude with a willingness to find innovative solution that drives results.  
  • Comfortable working in highly complex environment with incomplete information with multiple stakeholders across multiple internal and external organizations.  
  • Excellent communication skills, including superb writing, verbal communications, and presentation skills.
