To help us to grow our new service offer and scale the service to meet our customer demands, we are looking for one experienced Technical Product Manager who are familiar delivering network products and services while comfortable working in a startup environment.


As an ideal candidate, you will have experience to deliver large scale service as well as the technology leadership to drive the right solution for the market. You will provide requirements to our multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will be responsible to support lifecycle of product production – from conception through releases. You are also expected to be a confident leader who has experience achieving results not only with internal teams but also with external partners and other Ericsson organizations.


As a startup culture, we expect you to have the ability to articulate your vision and help the team, aka get your hands dirty when needed. We do not need a paper-pusher on the team!


You will be:


  • Drive the execution of all product & service lifecycle, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirement development, service delivery pipeline support, and product launch.
  • Work closely with our sales organization to review opportunity, drive product requirements, and devise product strategy.
  • Create technical product documentations, including use cases, technical requirements, projections, and external white papers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, sales, QA, and support to secure timely release of product & service with the balance of resources.
  • Work closely with our architect to define the solution and convert market requirements into actionable engineering requirements.
  • Collaborate with our service delivery & operation team and deliver the support software to optimize end-to-end service delivery time & cost.
  • Also collaborate with other Ericsson organizations, including RAN and Network and Service delivery, as well as external partners to secure necessary features and functionality for the success of product & service.
  • Make quantitative and data-driven decision and translate/articulate the vision into action.
  • Develop rapid network solution prototype with engineering and solution to meet customer demands.
  • Contribute to IPR.


You must have:


  • Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.
  • Preferred master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple successful product and/or service to the market, with scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of 5G indoor radio technologies, i.e. small cells/radio dots, CBRS/C-band/mmWave, vRAN, ORAN, xRAN, MOCN/MORAN, backhaul, transport, and management solution.
  • Working knowledge of network product and solution, i.e. 5GC, OSS, BSS, network as a platform, private network, LAN, IoT, building automation, security, and ZTNA.
  • Working experience with requirement management such as JIRA and experience to perform data analysis such as Python notebook, aka beyond operating Excel spreadsheet.
  • Demonstrate proactive attitude with a willingness to find innovative solution and re-think outside of existing Ericsson process (still need to be compliant) that drive results.
  • Comfortable working in highly complex environment with incomplete information with multiple stakeholders across multiple internal and external organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including superb writing, verbal communications, and presentation skills.
