Our Exciting Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a Project Lead to join the ANA team at the Ericsson TON organization’s Los Angeles office.  The TON organization is an Ericsson product acceleration unit and its ANA team focuses on building 5G enablement and engagement technologies for application and service providers. 

 

As the ANA Project Lead, you will be working with cross-functional development teams and SaaS and Telco customers, managing project development and delivery efforts securing the on-schedule, on-budget delivery of quality ANA products to customers, and coordinating pre-sale customer development and customer engagement activities.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Collaborating with ANA Product and Sales teams in project scoping and planning.
  • Managing relationships with Ericsson external facing business areas such as Brand, Compliance, Legal, PR, etc.
  • Managing relationships with other Ericsson cellular and service products and facilities.
  • Setting ANA project increment requirements and deliverables, balancing objectives and resources.
  • Planning and scheduling ANA R&D program increments and project development intervals.
  • Organizing ANA program increment planning and cross-team meetings.
  • Functioning as Scrum Master for the cross-functional development teams.
  • Managing ANA product releases and deliveries.
  • Ensuring the quality, and licensing and regulation compliance of the ANA deliverables.
  • Assessing ANA project risks and prioritizing mitigations and contingencies.
  • Managing and coordinating ANA pre-sale customer facing activities including production introduction, demonstration organization, and customer proof-of-concept and trial development, scheduling, deployments, and support.

 

 

To be successful, you have:

 

Proven track record of running cross-functional projects and understand how to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders while keeping the team focused and on track.  The following skills and experiences are required.

 

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Cellular or telecommunication industry product project a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development management and DevOps development paradigm.
  • Comfortable with Agile project management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in using software quality reporting tool including SONAR for quality management.
  • Skilled communicator, able to lead and facilitate conversations and meetings.
  • Effective collaboration organizer, able to mobilize cross-department efforts for common goals.
  • Basic understanding of cellular and other relevant technologies such as cloud.
  • Able to explain how ANA product works and its relationship with customer’s products to non-technical audience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to details
  • Digital media skills and experiences a plus
