Position: Warehouse Associate/Operator 

$1,000 Sign On Bonus

 

Summary:

As a part of establishing a Smart Factory within the U.S., we are now looking for a Warehouse Operator to be the first line support for warehouse operations. Crucial aspects of the role are to work within multiple software’s and warehouse automation for the material receipt, material preparation, and shipping of finished goods. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, enjoys working within a team and possess problem solving skills.  This individual must have knowledge working with a warehouse management system, works well under pressure, possess a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and can work autonomously with little to no supervision and/or mistakes. Cross training may be required in some or all the following areas: receiving, put-away, picking, Kanban fulfillment, assembly kitting, transportation, and service shipping.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain & observe 5S program to ensure all working areas are clean and support lean manufacturing goals.
  • Utilize WCS & WMS to perform manual and automated material movement throughout warehouse & production environment.
  • Experience using RF Scanners computers, tablets, smart phones for material handling & day to day warehouse operational activities.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10-12 hours in addition to lifting to 30pds.
  • Actively cross-train in multiple areas including shipping, receiving, material preparation, & inventory management as required
  • Efficiently assist product loading and unloading tasks and accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
  • Basic understanding of Industry 4.0, 5G technology, automated material equipment & robotics, mechatronics, cyber physical systems, lean manufacturing & continuous improvement methodology
  • Aptitude to work in multiple software’s to govern the movement of AGV, AMR, & automated material handling equipment/systems.
  • Other duties maybe assigned to support warehouse operations.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse automation experience and WMS knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Good knowledge in mathematics
  • Forklift certification
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility and willingness to contribute
  • Phenomenal attitude and work ethic with a high level of accountability and integrity
  • Team-player, proactive, committed to providing high-quality work
  • Candidate will be required to work any of the following shifts:
     
    7:00 PM- 7:00 AM Night Shift: B: Sun/ Mon/ Tue/ Wed (rotate)
    7:00 PM- 7:00 AM Night Shifts: D: Wed (rotate)/Thur/ Fri/ Sat
