Our Exciting Opportunity

As a part of establishing a Smart Factory within the U.S., we are now looking for an Import/Export Transportation Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team! This individual will provide leadership and knowledge to support the Smart Factory inbound shipments.

You will

  • Monitor shipments coming through customs and work with carriers for any operational issues
  • Manage freight cost control and prepare monthly distribution-related cost reports
  • Secure week to week basis Operational Capacity management (Forecast to Logistics Service Providers for better planning)
  • Utilize maintenance for distribution/transportation tools
  • Update Master Data maintenance

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience in international logistics and import/export
  • Proficient knowledge on Incoterms, Dangerous Good Regulations (DGR), customs, license and document requirements
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
