Production Quality Inspector

Location: Lewisville, TX

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Production Quality Inspector to develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production as well as claims and repair processes, and equipment and tools, according to production rules. The role extends to the quality standards and product requirement that are required to run production according to the established quality system in the EFA factory.

What you will do

• Ensure outgoing production quality meets the product specification including appearances and functions.

• Ensure products complete all required processes before deliver to stock.

• Manage production performance as collecting data, analyzing, checking, modifying, implementing and updating production processes using methods and tools

• Propose product improvements to design in pre-development and projects

• Develop product requirements and design rules from a supply perspective

• Build practice and produce ability

• Develop and innovate production processes

• Maintain and prepare existing production processes

• Analyze and improve production processes

• Conduct flow optimizations

• Secure business continuity plans and sustainability

• Manage production equipment

You will bring

• Engineering or Technical degree preferred

• Previous SMA and PCB experiences preferred

• Good communications skills

• MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

• IPC training preferred
