Producibility Engineer

We are on a journey towards building the future of wireless connectivity, and we want you on our team! As a part of establishing USA 5G Smart Factory, we are now recruiting for a Producibility Engineer to develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment and tools according to production rules.

 

You will:

  • Implement DFM FA (Design for Manufacturability - Final Assembly)
  • Contribute in New Production Introduction and Maintenance projects
  • Review mechanical design solutions from a production point of view and give feedback and improvement suggestions to design departments, so we get producible products at a reasonable cost, with high yield in a short time to the market
  • Provide manufacturing cost evaluations and cost benefits analysis for new investments.

 

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng. other similar technical area
  • 5 years work experience preferred, 2 years minimum required in manufacturing and 3 years in New Product Introduction projects
  • Production development process knowledge and experience in Digital Twin solutions
  • Critical thinking, innovative ideas and problem-solving skills
  • Electronics industry experience
