Manufacturing Engineer

Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are on a journey towards building the future of wireless connectivity, and we want you on our team! As a part of establishing the USA 5G Smart Factory, we are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement and maintain cost-efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment, and tools according to production rules.
You will:
- Participate in Pre-dev and Early Phase study activities
- Drive PFMEA and Participate in DFM FA
- Collaborate with Product Design Unit on mechanical-related issues
- RCA driver for manufacturing process-related quality issues
- Drive SPVR (Serial Production Verification Run) process
- Provide and implement production line layout proposals
- Create and update process-related documentation (FA flow charts, WI/DWI for the assembly process, equipment lists, etc.)
- Provide new process-related trainings for Production personnel
- Participate in Product and Production verification processes
- Order equipment, tools, and instruments for new processes
- Cooperate with equipment suppliers
- Provide Time and Motion study analysis (operation time measurement, work environmental analysis, methods, and ergonomics analysis)
- Develop flow efficiency in the production processes (optimized line balance and labor utilization)
- Determine cycle times, bottlenecks, and technical capacity
- Secure that time study data is accurate and available for all stakeholders
- Participate in maintenance activities
- Continuously improve production and job-related processes
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng. other similar technical area
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Critical thinking, innovative ideas and problem-solving skills
- Team working skills
