Final Assembly Supervisor

In this Role you will:

• Secure production output in order to meet customer demand

• Manage all production processes and personnel in the most efficient way possible

• Swiftly address production yield and other quality related issues

• Support NPI projects from successful introduction of new products to design phase to volume production

• Recruit, lead, and develop the personnel in the department

• Continuously develop and improve the operations through analysis of KPIs and other performance data

• Ensuring the quality during production process and final product To be successful in this role:

• Previous leadership experience or progressive responsibilities

• Positive conflict and change management skills

• Ability to solve problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• Be a self-starter and able to effectively work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment

• The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools

• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills

 

You might also have:

◾ Experience in assembly production with line concept

◾ BA business management or 3 years industry experience

◾ Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
