Currently, for Application Development and Maintenance unit that is responsible for cooperation, preparing applications and providing services to external customers, we are looking for Project Managers to work in our office in Cracow.


Our employees in ADMO department work for global and local projects and build relationships with business and co-workers within international environment.
As a new joiner, you will be a part of the ADM team focused mainly on SharePoint and .NET technologies. Being a part of that strongly contributes to recognize the importance of delivering a product of the highest quality.

Job title: Project Manager

Location: Krakow

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • securing contract fulfillment,
  • coordinating end-to-end projects and resources (technically and operatively)
  • informing about and presenting the development of the project/service to the Delivery Executive and Client
  • supporting key customer deliverables to the highest customer satisfaction, while meeting cost, quality, and timeliness requirements
  • project management (with a focus on service providing and quality)
  • meeting the requirements of the customer.

 

Key requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, IT Project Management or a similar managerial field,
  • at least 2 years’ experience as IT system expert or at least 6 months’ experience in project and service management with medium complexity
  • ability to manage costs and knowledge of the IT market resources profile proven by an experience
  • typical software performance and quality measurements (KPIs) understanding,
  • very good command of English language,
  • strong analysis, leading and supervising skills,
  • proactivity and drive to constantly develop and learn,
  • excellent organizational and communication skills,
  • result orientation and problem-solving approach,
  • team-player’s attitude,
  • relating and networking skills; strong business-minded consultative approach.

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Good knowledge of software development process, PM tools and methodologies (e.g. Scrum) will be an asset
  • experience in working at international environment.
