The Baseband Infrastructure (BBI) is part of the PDU 4G5G and drives SW technology for the next generation multi standard radio base stations. We provide a software platform with high level of abstraction and powerful tools, targeting existing and future multi-standard many-core hardware generations.


Currently, team in Kraków is looking for young talents that will strengthen our team which is working on the software called Bait. Our product is a test framework application for LTE/5G baseband/L2 programs running on multicore DSP architecture. It contains ~100k lines of code designed for both local machine and real target hardware.



Here's what an ordinary day of work might look like


At work you use SCRUM methodologies. Your version control system is GIT. You attend meetings with our customers, project co-workers and management in Sweden, Canada and Poland.

Most of your ordinary day is based on developing high quality code in C.





  • Develop (80%) and maintenance (just 20%) multi-threaded application in C for Linux
  • Provide technical support for Ericsson internal clients
  • Inventing, design and implement (full life-cycle) new features/improvements for a product/project


Key Qualifications:


  • Open minded and problem solving oriented person
  • Basic Git knowledge
  • Very good practical knowledge in C programming (minimum 3 years of experience)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python)
  • Knowledge of build engines (bitbake, make)
  • User-level knowledge of Linux environment.
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
  • Education: BSc level (MSc preferred) in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge



Additional Requirements:


  • Practical knowledge of multi-threaded C programming with POSIX
  • Basic knowledge of multicore DSP architecture
  • Basic knowledge of OSE
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
